- High quality waterfront accommodation, each over viewing the Esplanade and relating directly to its own individual outdoor garden and pool environment.
- The three level building is composed of one apartment per storey, each of three to four bedroom accommodation. The apartment layout evolved from climate analysis and the need to gain natural ventilation throughout the internal spaces, as well as create external living areas with alternative orientation for outlook and privacy. The design promotes a light filled apartment, breeze control, privacy as well as living areas and views to each side of the building.
- The proposal will also promote a range of energy efficient and climatically responsible design features as well as promoting water efficient installation towards the benefit of the residents and Cairns City.
