Scope of services
- Architectural services in partnership with Cornerstone Property Group.
- An upgrade refurbishment of this quirky townhouse in the suburb of Richmond in Melbourne. Services included design, documentation, builder selection and administration of contract.
- An initial inspection preceded Covid lockdown, whilst all other services completed from the Sydney office. Essence to "grow" light qualities on the lower level with new tiles to floor and walls of bathroom complementing new joinery. Bedrooms gained new "open" joinery assisting in maintaining perception of space within the rooms.
- Stairway and timber floor on upper level received a whitewash finish enhancing the spatial quality. New joinery enriching the kitchen.
