• Aspirations for a multi-generational business owner, with strong ties to trawler fishing and seafood processing. Located on the banks of Johnstone River in Innisfail.
• Passionate brief to deliver a museum based facility showcasing the seafood industry and processing as well as first hand vision of workers and activities. Complemented with seafood cafe and recreational dining abutting the river environment.
