Grandview Elizabeth Bay - edgearchitecture

This multi-storey residential apartment building, located within a heritage conservation zone, sought planning and architectural expertise to gain development approval to construct balconies to each apartment to the harbour frontage.
Despite three previous applications being refused by council, and strong opposition from neighbours, Edgearchitecture researched relevant conservation, heritage and visual guidelines to present a design and report which was subsequently approved by council.
The refurbishment of internal foyer and common areas was undertaken in 2013.
