- The opportunity to refurbish commercial office space arose due to change in ownership and concurrent staff rearrangement, prompting a fresh look at work practices and presentation of premises.
- Property Sales and Property Management, the core activities, required differing spatial and furniture arrangements, resulting in purpose designed furniture to accommodate each activity. Principal's office was relocated adjacent to entry, with transparency towards the foyer as well as internal business activities.
- Glazing and graphics provide a fitting backdrop to reception promoting the business imagery as well as efficiency in managing the front reception.
- Photographic images accented the circulation corridor, bringing visual emphasis to the property sector and evolution of Cairns City.
